We recommend using the official Google App for your product feed & re-marketing pixels, and Analyzify for your Google Ads conversion tracking.

We also strongly recommend that you read our "Shopify - Google Ads Playbook" if you wish to understand the subject fully.

Enhanced Conversions (EC) is quite a new feature for Google Ads, and we don't recommend that you switch to EC entirely - instead, keep the regular conversion tracking as a primary conversion. Our recommendation is to set up EC as a secondary conversion.

However, we do offer a full setup option guide for EC, and our support team can also help if you face any issues.

Yes! GTM has the Google Ads conversion tracking tags, and you just need to add the data layers on your "thank you" page, and then use GTM's Google Ads conversion tag to pass the relevant data.

Analyzify is perfectly compatible with non-Shopify Plus stores. Purchase tracking and other user behavior metrics & reports are incredibly crucial for any store, and you will still have a majority of the events/reports with a regular plan.

The only limitation for regular Shopify stores is that they are NOT allowed to edit the checkout process. So, Google Tag Manager and all the other tracking codes will still work on every page, including the order processed page (aka. "thank you" page), but the checkout steps won’t be included.

This error shows that your Google dynamic remarketing tags aren't set properly and they don't match with your product feed. Most probably, you are using a different product ID format (e.g. shopify_US_11111_2222 vs. 1111_2222) on your product feed compared to your dynamic remarketing tags.

Follow our tutorial to audit & validate your dynamic remarketing setup. You can also use Analyzify's remarketing pixel setup to prevent all sorts of issues and get expert help.

We strongly recommend using the official Facebook App for your product feed, Facebook Pixel, and Facebook Conversion API setup. The native integration works quite well when the setup is done properly.

For Shopify Plus stores, we additionally recommend Analyzify’s Facebook Conversion API connection, as we are able to send more data compared to the native integration.

For regular Shopify stores, the native connection is the best solution at the moment.

While it is possible to manage multiple currencies and target markets through Google Merchant Center, the native Shopify Google app doesn't support this.

If you still wish to achieve this, you should use another Google product feed solution.

To verify your store, you should get an HTML tag from Google Merchant Center (GMC), and place it into your Shopify store. Here's how:

  1. Click the gear icon on top of GMC, then click "Business Information" > "Website" > "Add an HTML tag Method".

  2. Enter your website URL, pick "I have access to my server", and move on with "Add an HTML tag to my homepage".

  3. Copy the HTML snippet and paste it into your theme by going to your Shopify account and clicking "Admin" > "Online Store" > "Themes" > "Active Theme" > "Edit" > in the "theme.liquid file".

Now your store is verified on GMC!

Don't worry, we have prepared an in-depth, step-by-step tutorial to help you validate your Google Ads conversion tracking so that you can easily detect where the problem is.

You will see these kinds of errors if the product IDs on your product feed don't match with the product IDs on your remarketing pixels. They usually appear when you use multiple solutions for Google Ads, or if your product feed app uses another product ID format.

Follow our Google Ads Remarketing validation guide to find out where the error is, and then you can connect with the related parties to fix the issue. You can also contact our support team if you are an Analyzify client.

This usually happens when you use several resources to track your conversions. For example, you might be using Google Tag Manager and code blocks at the same time, or you might have activated different conversion resources (e.g. Google Analytics and Google Ads Global Tag) to work simultaneously.

This error happens when you don't have a proper remarketing setup on your website. Follow our Google Ads - Shopify playbook to make sure your settings are correct. You can also contact Analyzify's support team if you are an existing client.
